Job Description

Position:Data Analyst Intern

Location:Remote (Preference for candidates based in Bangalore)

CTC:₹10,000/month

About the Role:

We are looking for aData Analyst Internto support our Growth Sales teams with reporting, data management, and business tracking. You’ll handle daily reporting across lead generation, sales, payments, customer engagement, and other critical growth metrics.

This role is perfect forfreshers or early-career professionalswith strong Excel skills and a keen interest in business analytics. You will work closely with business leaders and gain exposure to fast-paced startup operations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across sales, leads, payments, and growth KPIs.
Create Excel/Google Sheets reports using advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formatting.
Clean, verify, and ensure data accuracy across CRM, marketing platforms, and business dashboards.
Maintain trackers for sales incentives, payouts, and business targets.
Handle ad-hoc reporting needs for business reviews and leadership meetings.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, CRM, and finance teams to streamline reporting workflows.

Key Requirements

0–3 years of experience in reporting, data operations, sales operations, or business support.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting; macros are a plus).
Good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
Basic comfort with Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Drive).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate (full-time office role).
