Data Analyst Intern

We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst Intern to support our data operations, CRM processes, and lead management workflows. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn how data supports business decision-making. You will work closely with the operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy, optimize data flow, and enhance CRM efficiency.

Key Responsibilities1. Data Mining & Collection

• Gather, extract, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
• Assist in identifying relevant data trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.

2. Data Cleaning & Preparation

• Clean, validate, and standardize raw datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Remove duplicates, fix formatting issues, and handle missing data.
• Maintain data quality standards across all systems.

3. CRM Integration & Management

• Assist in integrating data into the company’s CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Ensure all client and lead information is up to date and accurately recorded.
• Work with the team to streamline CRM workflows and automate data processes where possible.

4. Lead Follow-ups & Tracking

• Support the sales and marketing team by tracking lead status within the CRM.
• Monitor follow-up timelines and ensure proper documentation of communication.
• Generate basic reports on lead activity, lead source effectiveness, and conversion progress.

5. Data Flow & Process Optimization

• Understand and map existing data flow across systems and teams.
• Assist in improving data pipelines to enhance efficiency and minimize manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies and gaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau is a plus).
• Familiarity with SQL or Python is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
