Job Title: Data Analyst (1–3 Years Experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data from multiple sources, creating dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business goals
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Document data definitions, metrics, and analysis processes
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of statistics (mean, median, variance, correlation)
• Experience with data cleaning and data preparation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server
• Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
