Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tech Support Executive to provide first-level technical support to customers and internal users. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and application issues
• Log, track, and update support tickets using a ticketing system
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation processes
• Resolve common issues within defined SLAs
• Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams
• Assist users with system setup, password resets, and basic configurations
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of experience in technical support / IT support / help desk
• Basic knowledge of:
• Windows / macOS
• MS Office / common applications
• Internet, email, and browsers
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory
• IT-related certification (CompTIA, ITIL – optional)
• Freshers with relevant training are welcome
