Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance. - Documenting customer interactions, solutions, and technical issues in the operating system. - Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams when necessary. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends. - Diagnosing and resolving software issues efficiently. - Guiding users through step-by-step troubleshooting processes. You should possess the following qualifications: - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain patient and professional. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Basic knowledge of API and Information Technologies aspects. - Completed Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field.
