Job Description

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or remote access

  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups in the support system
  • Guide users with step-by-step solutions and product usage instructions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering effective and courteous support
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
