We are hiring a Customer Support Executive with basic IT and networking knowledge to handle broadband customer queries, complaints, and technical coordination. The role involves handling calls, understanding internet issues, and coordinating with field technicians for quick resolution. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer support calls & WhatsApp messages Register and track internet complaints (no internet, slow speed, Wi-Fi issues) Perform basic technical troubleshooting on calls Guide customers for router restart, cable checks, Wi-Fi settings Coordinate with fiber installation & technical team Update complaint status and closure reports Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution
