Role Overview: We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Data Analyst – Influencer Marketing to manage and optimize our ever-growing influencer database. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every campaign is backed by relevant, high-quality creator data and insights. If you enjoy digging into data, finding patterns, and enabling smarter decisions – this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: Own and maintain our internal database of influencers across platforms. Create and manage structured datasets for various campaigns and briefs. Query and extract relevant influencer sets based on campaign requirements (niche, geography, engagement, etc.). Build dashboards, reports, and tools to make data easily accessible to brand and operations teams. Identify gaps in data and work with the product team to improve data pipelines and quality. Collaborate with campaign managers to analyze influencer performance and guide selection strategy. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role (media/marketing domain preferred). Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or data querying tools is a big plus. Familiarity with influencer metrics like reach, engagement rate, audience demographics, etc. Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage large datasets and translate them into actionable insights. Good communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally. Bonus Points For: Prior experience working in influencer marketing or digital media. Knowledge of BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar.
