Role Overview

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business metrics.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven insights.
• Create automated reports and data pipelines where necessary.
• Support predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

• 1–3 years

  of experience as a Data Analyst (internships/projects count).
• Strong proficiency in

  SQL

  and experience with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with

  data visualization tools

  (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Proficiency in

  Excel

  (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  Python or R

  for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with

  statistical modeling and hypothesis testing

• Knowledge of

  ETL processes and data pipelines

• Exposure to

  big data technologies

  (Spark, Hadoop).
• Understanding of
