Data Analyst

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or in a similar role. Experience in training or teaching data analytics concepts and tools. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Develop and update training materials, including presentations, exercises, and case studies, to cover various aspects of data analytics. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, to diverse audiences with varying levels of experience. Teach key data analytics concepts, tools, and techniques, including data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, visualization, and statistical analysis. Provide hands-on training in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc. Assess trainees' learning progress through tests, assignments, and practical projects, and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics to ensure training content is current and relevant. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their training needs and tailor programs accordingly. Mentor and support trainees, helping them to develop their skills and apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
