Front Office Manager

The Front Office Executive plays a crucial role as the initial point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests, managing phone calls, emails, appointments, and meetings, maintaining office records, assisting with administrative tasks, handling customer queries, and ensuring a clean and organized reception area. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating mail and deliveries, assisting in office management, and ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked. To excel in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) along with 1-3 years of experience in front office, administration, or customer service. Proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, the ability to multitask, and strong organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this position.
