Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help turn data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, solve problems, and improve overall performance. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with different teams to understand their data needs. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources. Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. Present findings to management in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Work with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and data-related projects. Maintain documentation of data processes and ensure data accuracy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL; experience with Python, R, or data visualization tools is a plus. Good understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with large datasets and pay strong attention to detail.
