Position Overview

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports using

  Excel

  and

  Power BI

• Conduct detailed

  data analysis, cleansing, manipulation, and modelling

• Utilise

  Python scripting

  for automation, transformation, and ETL processes

• Manage and oversee company-wide database projects

  , ensuring data accuracy, integrity, organisation, and proper file documentation
• Perform routine database checks, updates, and optimisation to enhance reliability
• Use

  APIs to integrate and synchronise data

  between multiple platforms and internal systems
• Work with

  CRM data

  (Go High Level, Salesforce or similar) to produce performance and operational reporting
• Support internal departments with data-driven insight and reporting requirements
• Establish best practices for data governance, documentation, and reporting structure

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial concepts or experience in financial services, banking, or investment analysis
• Advanced knowledge of

  Microsoft Excel

  (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
• Proven experience building dashboards using

  Power BI

• Proficiency in

  Python

  (data manipulation, process automation, ETL scripting)
• Experience working with

  APIs

  , integrating applications, and automating workflows
• CRM system knowledge, ideally with Go High Level or similar platforms
• Experience managing

  database structure, organisation, and data validation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail in handling multi-source data
