Job Description:

• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data risks and vulnerabilities.
• Design and maintain data architecture and metadata management systems to support business intelligence and analytics.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on data governance best practices.
• Monitor and report on data quality and integrity metrics to senior management.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality by implementing appropriate access controls and encryption measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/master's in data science, Statistics, Maths, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0 to 5+ years in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Advanced SQL and relational database proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
