The Impact You'll Make

As a Data Analyst within Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment, you will immerse yourself in a variety of challenges, including modelling, data analysis, and dashboard building. Your role will also extend into the realms of Machine Learning, Predictive Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence, all focused on enhancing Supply Chain Management processes. This position exposes you to crucial stakeholders across the organisation, providing valuable insights and communication experiences that will greatly enhance your professional development.

By taking part in significant international logistics projects and optimising supply chain methodologies, you will be pivotal in evolving our analytical capabilities. You will not only lead specific analytical initiatives but will also play a supportive role in pushing forward internal projects that enhance our overall supply chain efficacy. This is a chance for you to actively contribute to the success of our team while honing your skills in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Take charge of and contribute to analytical endeavours, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities where data can formulate impactful business solutions.
Assist in defining, designing, and developing innovative data analysis tools and services to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead initiatives aimed at digitalising administrative processes within the Supply Chain, supporting the transition to more automated workflows.
Engage in continuous improvement efforts to refine data processes and enhance overall analytical performance.
Provide insights and reports that inform decision-making at every level of the organisation.

What We're Looking For

Demonstratable experience in using Python and SQL to manipulate data, deriving meaningful insights from large datasets for informed decision-making.
Proficient understanding of various machine learning techniques such as clustering, decision trees, and artificial neural networks, with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
Strong skills in mining and analysing data from databases to elucidate solutions for complex business problems while delivering anticipated user benefits.
Capability to create data models and algorithms tailored to specific datasets, facilitating deeper insights and strategic recommendations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by a self-driven attitude and an eagerness for continuous learning.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Suite, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps; experience with SAP is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively convey complex data insights and drive collaborative efforts.
