Data Analyst

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Analyst with 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and deriving business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to communicate insights that influence strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Collaborate with business and product teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Automate and streamline reporting processes using SQL, Python, or other scripting tools.
• Monitor key business metrics and develop alerting systems for anomalies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and make recommendations based on findings.
• Support A/B testing and performance evaluation of various initiatives. Translate data into clear visualizations and presentations for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong command over SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Experience with Excel (advanced) and scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis.
• Solid understanding of statistical techniques and data modeling. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
