Job Description

Summary:

The main function of a Data Analyst is to coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems.
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior management, technical and client teams in order to determine data requirements, business data implementation approaches, best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage and analysis strategies
  • Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions
  • Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes
  • Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes
  • Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications
  • Build and maintain analytics and automation solutions that deliver insights and metrics to stakeholders
  • with rapidly evolving requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into
  • analytics / automation solutions
  • Collect, interpret, analyze, and visualize data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and
  • insights that drive business performance.
 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
  • 8+ years’ experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence
     

Skills:

  • Experience in building business solutions using data visualization tools Microsoft Power BI, PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
  • Experience with database technologies(Proficiency in SQL Query building, or other data databases management )
  • Knowledge of the ETL process
  • Knowledge of at least one scripting language
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated history of success
  • Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions
 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Copilot Studio
  • Experience with supply chain analytics and modeling techniques
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Hive, Spark, or Scope
  • Experience developing and deploying ML models to solve real-world problems.
  • Experience with Python or R and applying statistical techniques to extract insights.
