Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Build dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools to support business decision-making.
Work with large datasets across DBMS platforms like Redshift and Oracle to drive insights and trends.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to understand reporting requirements, especially within banking and financial services domains.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
Develop and maintain documentation related to data models, definitions, and business logic.
Work with cross-functional teams to support cloud-based data solutions (preferably AWS).

Required Skills:

Strong SQL expertise for data manipulation and analysis.
Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or equivalent).
Good understanding of relational databases like Redshift and Oracle.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Exposure to data management principles and data governance.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Domain experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of ETL tools and data pipeline workflows.
Experience in handling structured and semi-structured data.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
