About the Role

We are looking for a skilled D365 Enterprise Asset Management Consultant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and must have completed at least one full-cycle implementation of the Enterprise Asset Management module.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of the D365 Enterprise Asset Management module.

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to asset management processes.

• Configure and customize EAM functionality to meet business needs, including:

• Asset lifecycle management

• Work orders & maintenance scheduling

• Preventive maintenance setup

• Spare parts & inventory tracking

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Production) to ensure smooth integration with other D365 modules.

• Conduct user training, create documentation, and provide post-implementation support.

 Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions for ongoing system improvements.

• Ensure compliance with best practices, data integrity, and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (AX 2012/D365).

• Must have completed at least one full-cycle implementation of D365 Enterprise Asset Management.

• Strong understanding of:

• Asset lifecycle management

• Maintenance planning & execution

• Spare parts inventory & procurement

• Work order management

• Good knowledge of integrations with Finance, Supply Chain, and Production modules.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.
