D2C & Procurement Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Pharma Procurement Manager to drive procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations for Allo Health’s pharma and lifestyle product portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of medicines (private label and third-party) and wellness products (D2C Business) .

Work with a mission-driven, high-impact team at the intersection of healthcare and technology helping build and scale a critical part of our medicine distribution ecosystem and our D2C business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Pharma Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Manage procurement of private label medicines directly from manufacturers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors for 3rd party medicines.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines to optimise cost and efficiency.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of medicines to Allo Health patients and 3rd party pharmacies.

Supply Chain & Operations:

• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, finance, clinics) to ensure smooth supply chain management.
• Monitor inventory levels and align procurement with demand forecasts.
• Optimise procurement processes to reduce lead times and costs.

D2C Strategy & Product Roadmap:

• Conduct market research to identify patient needs, demand trends, and competitive gaps in pharma and wellness products.
• Recommend which new categories Allo Health should launch (e.g., medicines, wellness aids, lifestyle products) and which variants to prioritize.
• Work with leadership to plan and execute Allo Health’s D2C roadmap, aligning product launches with patient journey and business goals.

E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Listing Management:

• Manage product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Instamart, BlinkIt, Zepto, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams and platform partners to optimize visibility, promotions, and compliance of listed products.
• Track sales performance, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to drive growth and reduce stock-outs on online channels.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in pharma procurement/supply chain, ideally with exposure to both medicines and wellness/lifestyle products.
• Proven experience in vendor negotiations, vendor development, and relationship management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in D2C / FMCG product procurement will be an added advantage.
