We are looking for a Mumbai based candidate for D2C Lead role . Job description E-Commerce & Performance Marketing (D2C) | Armaf Perfumes !!! Location: Mumbai (Prabhadevi) Industry: Premium Fragrances Salary : 12 to 15 lpa www.armafperfume.com Are you a D2C growth leader with a track record of scaling e-commerce brands 10x? This is your opportunity to lead the digital future of Armaf Perfumes India – the name behind bestsellers like Club De Nuit Intense. As our Head of E-Commerce & Performance Marketing, you'll own the entire P&L of our thriving D2C business. From customer acquisition to data analytics and tech-product roadmaps, you’ll lead the charge to drive revenue. Job Summary Performance Marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads – drive growth with full-funnel optimization. Revenue & Retention Metrics: Own CAC, CLTV, ROAS, repeat rate, and revenue goals. Customer Strategy: CRM, loyalty programs, personalized segmentation. E-Com Tech & UX: Oversee our D2C website, UX, CRO & product roadmap (Shopify, mobile). Analytics Engine: Build data dashboards, test hypotheses, and inform decisions. Marketplace Scale-Up: Amazon, Flipkart & beyond – with brand consistency intact. Team Leadership: Build a lean, performance-driven e-commerce team. Experience 8–10 years in D2C/performance marketing. Proven success scaling a brand from ₹10 Cr to ₹100 Cr+ in revenue. Hands-on in paid media, funnels, SEO, email, CRO. Data-obsessed; skilled in Google Analytics, CRM tools, A/B testing. Experience with premium/luxury/FMCG brands – fragrance industry is a plus!
