Job Description

Location: Bangalore / Noida / Pune / Hyderabad / Kolkata or Remote

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies aligned with industry best practices and frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain).
  • Provide leadership in network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, incident response, application security, and IoT security.
  • Oversee deployment and management of SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, NAC, email gateways, Active Directory, DAST/SAST, WAF, firewalls, vulnerability management tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Drive the development of cyber security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Stay updated with emerging threats and vulnerabilities, enhancing security posture.
  • Manage and analyze security metrics, reporting to leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of cyber security professionals.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with IT, M&A, business units, and third-party vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management on risks, initiatives, and strategies.
  • Advocate for organization-wide security best practices.
Skills:
Network Infrastructure & Security Topology Network Monitoring Tools Citrix Netscaler F5 Load Balancers
Key Areas:
  • Hands-on experience in Network Security, IAM, PKI, Data Security, Application Security, SOC, and 3rd party risk management.
  • Experience in PEN testing, red/purple team exercises, tabletop simulations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, Apple, AWS, Storage (NetApp & Pure), Azure, GCP.
  • Experience with security controls across IaC, Configuration management, DevOps & automation.
  • Proven leadership of global cybersecurity engineering & operations teams.
