• 11+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity consulting or enterprise security roles
• Proven expertise in security frameworks, architecture design, and risk management
• Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), endpoint protection, and SIEM/SOAR platforms
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent are highly desirable
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned strategies
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance
• Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and strategies
• Analyze threats and vulnerabilities to proactively mitigate risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess organizational security needs
• Oversee incident response and disaster recovery planning
• Train staff on security protocols and best practices
• Conduct audits and tests to identify weaknesses and ensure system integrity
• Prepare reports for senior management on security posture and risk assessments
