We are looking for a cyber security professional who can teach students in colleges and universities and also handle online content/reporting/takedown work for our clients. The role is 50% training (workshops, seminars, bootcamps) and 50% operational (reporting defamatory/copyright-violating content on YouTube and other platforms, documenting evidence, coordinating with legal/clients).

• Conduct offline/online cyber security sessions for college students, freshers, and entry-level IT learners.
• Deliver modules on fundamentals: networking basics, OWASP concepts, ethical hacking flow, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), OSINT, safe internet practices.
• Set up live demos/labs using legal tools in Kali/Parrot or similar.
• Prepare training content, tasks, quizzes for different levels of students.
2. Client Content Protection / Takedown
• Monitor and act on client complaints about defamatory, fake, or copyright-violating videos/posts.
• Draft and submit takedown/report requests to platforms like YouTube, Meta platforms, X, etc., using proper policy routes.
• Coordinate with client/legal team when FIR or legal notices are already filed and use those as supporting documents in reporting.
• Maintain a tracker of URLs, status, replies from Google/YouTube, and escalation steps.
3. Technical Security Tasks
• Use common cyber security tools for demonstration and assessment (Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit for demo, password attack labs, forensic tools) in a lawful, controlled environment.
• Assist in creating small PoCs for colleges/industry incubation programs.
• Stay updated on latest cyber threats, social engineering patterns, YouTube/community guideline changes.
4. Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare simple reports for clients: “content found → action taken → platform response.”
• Create SOPs for “how to report”, “how to escalate”, “what to attach (FIR, GST cert, company regn.)”.
5. Travel & Representation
• Travel to different colleges/states as per program calendar.
• Represent RONICZ professionally with principals, HoDs, and placement officers.
⸻
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Cyber Security or equivalent. (Strong portfolio can compensate.)
• 1–3 years of experience in cyber security training, IT security support, or tech support related to platforms.
• Hands-on with at least some of these: Kali Linux, Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Metasploit (for demo), OSINT tools.
• Understanding of platform policies (YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright/DMCA-style reporting, harassment/defamation policies).
• Ability to read and use FIR/complaint copies and attach as evidence in platform reports.
• Good spoken English + Malayalam/Hindi (since colleges).
• Must strictly follow ethical and legal cyber security practices.
Nice to have
• CEH / eJPT / any cyber security certification.
• Previous experience working with digital reputation management or content moderation teams.
• Experience creating training videos or LMS content.
