Cyber Security Specialist

• **Job Title:** Cybersecurity Specialist **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled **Cybersecurity Specialist** to join our team and protect our organization's critical data, networks, and systems from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and best practices, and will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate security risks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and manage security measures to protect systems, networks, and data. - Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and risk analysis. - Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures. - Investigate and respond to security breaches and incidents promptly. - Perform system audits to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. - Collaborate with IT and development teams to enhance system security. - Educate and train employees on cybersecurity awareness and best practices. - Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and tools. - Manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions. - Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational security requirements. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. - Proven experience in a cybersecurity or related role. - Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS. - Proficiency in tools like SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or CompTIA Security+. - Solid understanding of network protocols, encryption, and secure coding practices. - Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools. - Hands-on experience with threat intelligence platforms and malware analysis. **Work Location: Lucknow **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** Insert salary range or mention "Competitive, based on experience"
