Key Responsibilities: Design, update, and deliver digital marketing training content in line with industry trends. Conduct engaging in-person, virtual, and recorded training sessions tailored to different learning levels. Track student progress, identify learning gaps, and design assessments to measure effectiveness. Maintain training records and develop new learning materials as needed. Ensure a well-managed, tech-ready classroom environment and address any training-related issues proactively. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Requirements: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 2 to 3 Years of Relevant teaching Experience in Digital Marketing with a strong understanding of its various aspects. Experience working as a Digital Marketer in an Agency is preferred. Prior experience in teaching/training or mentoring roles is preferred Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) Canva, Mailchimp, etc. Experience in creating engaging video content for YouTube, social media, or online education platform is preferred.
