Job Description

Role Overview: As a high-performing sales professional at GWC Networks, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales of cybersecurity solutions. Your main focus will be on prospecting, closing deals, generating revenue, and exceeding sales targets. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams to deliver high performance and accountability. Building long-term relationships with enterprise and corporate clients, managing key accounts, and expanding business opportunities will be key aspects of your role. You will also be required to establish and strengthen partnerships with vendors and channel partners, negotiate effectively to deliver value-driven outcomes, and continuously optimize sales processes for improved efficiency and outcomes. Travel may be necessary to meet clients, partners, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end sales of cybersecurity solutions, from prospecting to closure. - Own revenue generation, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives. - Lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams to deliver high performance and accountability. - Build long-term relationships with enterprise and corporate clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction. - Manage key accounts with a focus on expanding business opportunities. - Establish and strengthen partnerships with vendors and channel partners. - Negotiate effectively to deliver value-driven outcomes for both clients and the organization. - Continuously optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and outcomes. - Travel as required to meet clients, partners, and business stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of proven experience in direct cybersecurity solution sales in a corporate/B2B environment. - Strong background in sales leadership, strategy development, and execution. - Experience in revenue ownership and delivering against aggressive targets. - Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams. - Expertise in client acquisition, retention, and account management. - Skilled in managing partners and vendors within the cybersecurity ecosystem. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to optimize sales processes for scalable growth. - Flexibility to travel for business engagements.,
