As a Business Development Specialist in the technology or cybersecurity field, your role will involve: - Tenaciously prospecting, qualifying, and capturing leads through various channels such as phone, Internet, and social media platforms. - Generating business from existing accounts and acquiring new accounts in the assigned vertical. - Creating detailed proposals and quotes based on customer requirements. - Building and maintaining trusting relationships with OEMs and existing clients. - Following up on inbound leads to drive interest, secure orders, and ensure timely collections. - Identifying client needs, recommending suitable products/services, and arranging meetings/calls. - Keeping abreast of competitors' products, pricing, and strengths/weaknesses. - Actively seeking new business opportunities. - Achieving revenue and profitability targets within set timeframes. - Analyzing data and information to support decision-making and ensure compliance with ISO norms. Your qualifications should include: - Graduation degree. - 3-6 years of proven work experience in a similar role. - Exposure to the entire sales process, from prospecting to closure. - Track record of meeting sales quotas. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Proficiency in CRM and Office suites. - Understanding of sales performance metrics. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Capability to deliver compelling presentations. - Comfort working with diverse personalities. - Proficiency in utilizing social media and internet resources for lead qualification and revenue generation.
