Position : Cyber Security Analyst

Experience: 6+ Months

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst - Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs, conduct practical sessions, and ensure content aligns with the latest industry trends. The role includes mentoring participants and supporting organizational cybersecurity awareness.

Role & responsibilities

 Designing and updating comprehensive training programs, ensuring relevance and alignment with industry developments.

 Conducting engaging and diverse training sessions for audiences of varying skill levels, utilizing effective teaching methodologies.

 Maintaining current knowledge of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to provide up-to-date insights.

 Tailoring training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of diverse participants, including IT professionals and non-technical staff.

 Administering assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and skills, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

 Creating practical exercises and simulations for participants to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios, guiding them through the process.

 Gathering feedback and adapting training materials and methods to stay abreast of evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies.

 Working closely with organizational leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to understand and address specific cybersecurity training needs.

 Providing mentorship and support to individuals seeking to enhance their cybersecurity skills, offering guidance on career paths and professional development.

 Maintaining comprehensive documentation related to training programs, including course outlines, materials, and participant records, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

 Educating participants on ethical considerations and compliance requirements within the cybersecurity domain.

 Contributing to the overall cybersecurity awareness within the organization through participation in awareness campaigns and initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

 Master's in Cyber Security will be preferred.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
