Job Description

Customer Support Voice Process

Title: Customer Support Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
Join Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary Structure:

Fresher: Up to 5 LPA (CTC 32,000/month)

1 Year Experience: Up to 5.5 LPA (CTC 36,000/month)

Transportation Facilities:

2 Way Cab Provided (within 35 KM radius)

Without Cab Option: 4,500/month as Transport Allowance

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Intermediate / Graduate (Any Stream)

Language: Fluency in English is mandatory

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer Support Voice Process team. You will be the primary point of contact, helping customers by resolving their concerns and ensuring a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally

Resolve customer queries related to products and services

Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers

Maintain up-to-date customer records in the system

Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal and listening skills

Customer-centric and empathetic attitude

Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts

Quick learner with good problem-solving abilities

Immediate joiners are highly preferred
