You’ll be responsible for managing team performance, resolving customer issues, and ensuring seamless global operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage international customer operations Solve problems efficiently and ensure top-notch customer service Analyze data, identify gaps, and improve operational workflows Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries Track performance metrics and maintain Excel reports Manage, mentor, and grow your team.
