Customer Support Specialist

Join Working Panda’s Noida team as an International Call Center Specialist. In this full-time role, you will be assisting overseas customers by handling inbound calls, providing account support, and resolving billing or service issues.

Location: Sector 81, NSEZ – Noida

Compensation (Approx. In-Hand)

• 12–17 months exp.: ₹24,000–25,000 training | ₹27,000–28,000 post-training
• 18–23 months exp.: ₹26,000 training | ₹29,000–30,000 post-training
• 24+ months exp.: ₹28,000–29,000 training | ₹31,000–32,000 post-training

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international customer calls (voice process)
• Guide customers on billing, payments, and service changes
• Record customer details & call outcomes in CRM
• Work with supervisors for escalated issues

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate/Graduate with minimum 1 year of international voice process experience
• Excellent communication in English
• Knowledge of computer basics
