Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager based in Mumbai. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves developing customer service policies, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience.
