Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with DevOps experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess 3+ years of MERN stack development experience and at least 1 year of hands-on DevOps practice. This role demands a professional who can deliver robust, efficient web applications while managing deployment pipelines and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities - Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
• Implement responsive, user-friendly front-end components with React.js.
• Create RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and manage MongoDB schemas and queries for optimal performance.

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Set up and maintain Dockerized environments; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
• Configure and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor systems, set up alerting, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Implement secure and scalable deployment strategies using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

Code Quality & Collaboration

• Write clean, testable, well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years professional MERN stack development experience.
• 1+ year hands-on DevOps experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and state management libraries (Context API, Redux, or MobX).
• Strong backend expertise with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (Mongoose).
• Experience with Git, branching workflows, and version control best practices.

DevOps Proficiency (Mandatory)

• CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins)
• Docker (mandatory), Kubernetes (bonus)
• At least one cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP
• (e.g., EC2, Lambda, VPC, S3, RDS)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)

• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Linux basics and shell scripting⭐ Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Testing frameworks: Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library
• Experience with NGINX or Apache
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices
• Exposure to Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Contributions to open-source projects

Working Hours & Shift

• Day Shift: 10:30 AM IST – 7:30 PM IST
• Working Days: 6-day week (1 fixed weekly off)
• Additional discretionary weekly off may be provided by the company

Compensation

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on skills and interview performance)
• Payroll and performance reviews managed directly by Working Panda
