Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at our International BPO for a US Process, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls. Your key duties will include identifying customers" needs, providing effective solutions, and maintaining detailed records of all conversations in our database. Meeting personal and team targets will be crucial, along with engaging in sales through cold calling, as this role involves both outbound and inbound voice processes. You will also have the opportunity to interact with US clients regularly. We are looking to onboard a significant number of employees, so referrals are highly encouraged. This position is open to Fresher's, and we are seeking individuals with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Being well-organized, working accurately under pressure, and collaborating effectively within a team are essential traits for success in this role. Additionally, possessing excellent interpersonal communication skills, a proactive attitude towards learning, and the ability to identify new opportunities with initiative and attention to detail are highly valued. The salary offered for this position ranges from 20k to 40k based on experience and interview performance. The job location is in Panchkula, with working days from Monday to Friday.
