In this full-time role as a Customer Support Specialist based in Trivandrum, your primary responsibilities will revolve around addressing customer inquiries, delivering technical support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and leveraging analytical capabilities to enhance service standards. Your daily tasks will encompass managing customer complaints, troubleshooting various issues, and devising effective solutions to elevate the overall customer experience.
