Position: Public Relations Assistant
Location: Kallambalam , Trivandrum

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible individual for the role of Clinic Operations Executive, preferably with experience in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen sense of coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing patient queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth communication and support services
• Maintain a welcoming environment for patients and visitors
• Support administrative and front-desk operations when required
• Ensure the hospital’s public image is maintained positively and proactively

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational Requirement: Any degree (graduate in any discipline)
• Experience: Prior experience in the Public Relations department of a hospital or healthcare institution preferred
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage
