Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat. - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. - Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. - Identify and address customer problems, escalating complex issues when necessary. - Maintain strong customer relationships through personalized support and effective communication. - Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately. - Stay updated on company products, services, and enhancements. - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and contribute to process improvements. - Adhere to company policies to ensure consistent service quality. - Monitor personal performance against set targets and standards. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Previous experience in customer service or a related area is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. - Ability to remain composed in stressful situations. - Proficiency in customer service tools and software. - Attention to detail and organizational skills.
