Title: Sales Executive (Telesales)/ Customer Support Specialist Experience: 0-1 Year Location: Sector 20 Gurugram Salary:20k – 25k Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team. This hybrid role involves handling telesales activities, nurturing leads, as well as providing after-sales support to ensure a smooth and delightful customer experience. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads generated in our CRM system. • Present and explain Urban Wood’s products, offers, and services to prospective customers. • Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into successful sales. • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue growth. • Handle inbound calls, emails, and queries from customers. • Assist customers with order updates, delivery status, installation scheduling, and issue resolution. • Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, service) to ensure timely solutions. • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and empathy. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree. • 0–1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a combined role (furniture/e-commerce background is a plus). • Strong communication skills in English (additional regional languages are an advantage). • Ability to multitask between sales targets and customer issue resolution. • Persuasive, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, with a strong focus on customer experience and achieving results.
