We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for SaaS Products who will be responsible for day-to-day customer interactions, resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to address customer needs via email.

Responsibilities


  • Handle customer questions and concerns exclusively through email correspondence.
  • Deliver timely and reliable assistance for our cloud-based software offerings.
  • Identify and fix product-related technical problems to maintain smooth functionality.
  • Strong writing abilities are essential for clear and professional customer support.
  • Work closely with developers to report issues and recommend enhancements to the product.
  • Interpersonal Skills and Analytical Skills
  • Experience in prioritizing customer satisfaction

Job Pre-requisites

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Availability to work in the US time zone.
