Job Description

You will be responsible for application installation and ensuring uptime at the client's side. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responding to client queries in a timely and accurate manner, whether through phone, email, or chat - Identifying client needs and assisting customers in using specific features - Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions, such as by testing different scenarios or impersonating users - Updating internal databases with information regarding technical issues and important discussions with customers - Monitoring client complaints on social media platforms and reaching out to provide necessary assistance - Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members - Informing clients about new features and functionalities - Following up with clients to ensure that their technical issues are fully resolved - Gathering client feedback and sharing it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams - Assisting in the training of junior Customer Support Representatives The qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar Customer Service role.,
