SUMMARY Opening for fresher and experience for customer support role in a leading company Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Responsibilities: Engage in both inbound and outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads. Present and elucidate our products/services to prospects. Accurately gather and document customer information. Address incoming calls from customers and resolve their inquiries. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales. Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service. Eligibility Criteria: Age group between 18-32 years Exceptional verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is advantageous. Capable of working independently and collaboratively. Basic computer proficiency. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Shift 8am to 8pm (Any 9 hrs shift) --- Requirements Requirements: Proven work experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Benefits Direct Company Payroll Day shift PF,ESIC,Medical benefits as per company policy. Salary - Fresher 16k CTC - Exp upto 26k CTC
