Customer Support Representative

You will be working as a Customer Support Representative at our office located in Panchkula, Sector 22 IT Park. Your role will involve being the initial point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery by handling order placements, order entry management, and timely customer follow-ups. Your contribution will be vital in upholding high levels of customer satisfaction and facilitating a seamless order processing experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing customer orders via various communication channels such as phone, email, and online platforms. It will be crucial to accurately input orders into the system, verify all information for accuracy, and closely monitor the orders throughout the fulfillment, shipping, and delivery stages. Proactive communication with customers regarding order status, backorders, and any possible delays will be an essential part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues that may arise. Collaboration with internal teams like Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics will be necessary to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Maintaining precise customer records, identifying complex issues for escalation, and contributing to the enhancement of customer service processes will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree being preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or order processing roles is required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in order management software or CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP are essential.
