We’re an Australian e-commerce company specialising in custom printed and embroidered uniforms and apparel. We’re looking for a creative and motivated individual to manage our social media presence and help grow our online community.

Responsibilities

• Manage and post daily on Facebook and Instagram.
• Create engaging captions, stories, and reels that reflect our brand’s style and tone.
• Maintain consistent posting schedules and respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Keep customers engaged through creative content, updates, and promotions.
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to plan monthly content calendars.
• Monitor page insights, engagement, and follower growth to improve performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing social media pages for brands or businesses.
• Strong understanding of Meta algorithms.
• Fluent in English – able to write professional and engaging posts.
• Creative mindset with good sense of visuals and trends.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Reels editing preferred.
