Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Mani Majra. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing product and service information, and maintaining customer records. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires working closely with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
