About the Client Our client is a trusted organization in the US Healthcare domain, dedicated to providing patients with seamless support for prescriptions, clinical services, billing inquiries, and feedback. As part of this collaboration, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing patient satisfaction and ensuring smooth communication between patients, providers, and internal teams.
About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Mumbai team. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare partners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, doctors, and pharmacies regarding prescriptions and healthcare services. Collect, update, and verify insurance and pharmacy details in the system. Create follow-up activities and reminders for patient communication and service continuity. Connect patients with pharmacists or doctors for counseling or clinical queries. Escalate calls to clinicians, insurance verification teams, or specialized departments when necessary. Schedule, cancel, or reschedule doctor appointments according to facility guidelines. Respond professionally to all patient inquiries in English, following company and HIPAA regulations. Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service abilities. Empathy and patience when handling sensitive or emotional situations. Adaptable to changing processes and systems.
Prior experience in customer support or call centre operations (US Healthcare experience preferred). Team player with the ability to meet daily performance goals. Must be based in Mumbai. Why Join UJustCreate Services
