About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Mumbai team. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare partners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, doctors, and pharmacies regarding prescriptions and healthcare services.  Collect, update, and verify insurance and pharmacy details in the system.  Create follow-up activities and reminders for patient communication and service continuity.  Connect patients with pharmacists or doctors for counseling or clinical queries.  Escalate calls to clinicians, insurance verification teams, or specialized departments when necessary.  Schedule, cancel, or reschedule doctor appointments according to facility guidelines.  Respond professionally to all patient inquiries in English, following company and HIPAA regulations. Skills & Qualifications

 Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).  Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.  Empathy and patience when handling sensitive or emotional situations.  Adaptable to changing processes and systems.

 Prior experience in customer support or call centre operations (US Healthcare experience preferred).  Team player with the ability to meet daily performance goals.  Must be based in Mumbai. Why Join UJustCreate Services
