Customer Care Executives

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand and effectively utilize various computer screens and applications.
  • Interface with customers, clients, and vendors, escalating areas of concern to appropriate supervisory staff.
  • Attend assigned training sessions for further improvement in client and customer satisfaction, client information, and job performance.
  • Adhere to all company and specific Contact Centre policies and procedures.
  • Complete any work as assigned by Management.

Education and Essential Experience:

  • 6 months of BPO or Travel experience.
  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and experience using computer applications.
  • Willingness to work in a contact center environment with 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Open to working in a voice environment.
