Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries through chat and email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist the Success team and CSMs with operational tasks to ensure smooth account management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Analyse and organize data in Excel to support operational and reporting needs.
  • Take ownership of tasks and deliver with high attention to detail.

Shift Timings

  • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST or 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST
  • Flexibility to work Sunday – Thursday shifts
