📍 Location: [Noida, Gurugram sec-39 | 

🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Min. Experience: 6 months+

Budget :- 35 k CTC (No incentives,No cab facility)

✅ What You’ll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions (calls, emails, chats).

Understand client needs and provide timely and effective solutions.

Resolve customer issues, track feedback, and follow up until closure.

Promote new products/services and help drive customer engagement and retention.

Maintain detailed records of all customer conversations using CRM tools.

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Service/Support/Success).

 📍Strong and proficient communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize, and work under pressure.

A team player with a customer-first mindset.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
