Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative based in Muzaffarpur. The day-to-day tasks include providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing technical support inquiries, and using analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently. The role requires constant interaction with customers to assist with their financial service needs and managing any concerns they may have.

• Ability to work on-site in Muzaffarpur
• Prior experience in the financial technology industry is a plus
